A practice built around reading usage, not selling another console
CloudServe HQ helps teams who run customer-facing web applications understand how those applications consume cloud services — in writing, with a named analyst, and with room for disagreement when the numbers are ambiguous.
Origin
The practice started after repeated conversations with product and infrastructure leads who shared the same frustration: cloud bills and monitoring graphs existed, yet nobody could explain usage in the language of customer journeys. We formed CloudServe HQ to do that reading as a service — assessment and advice, not a product login.
Where we work from
Our office address is 95-9,Giseongri,Giseong-myeonUljin-gunGyeongsangbuk-doKorea. Engagements run remotely in English, with scheduling that respects Korea Standard Time for local clients and overlapping hours for regional partners.
How we work with clients
We ask for anonymized extracts and a contact who can answer architecture questions. We map journeys to resources, write findings plainly, and leave implementation choices with your team. When evidence is thin, we say so instead of inventing certainty.
Values that show up in the brief
- Specificity over slogans — name the journey and the resource.
- Proportion — a half-day workshop when alignment is the blocker; a full audit when evidence is.
- Respect for your security limits — we do not require production credentials.
- Honest reservations — if extracts arrive late or incomplete, the brief reflects that.
