By using the CloudServe HQ website at cloudservehq.digital or by commissioning an assessment, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage our services.
Services described
CloudServe HQ provides professional assessments and advisory related to cloud service usage analytics for customer-facing web applications. Descriptions on this site are informational. A separate written statement of work or quote governs each paid engagement.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, and materials we create remain the property of CloudServe HQ unless a statement of work assigns deliverables to you. You may not copy site content for commercial reuse without written permission. Deliverables paid for under an engagement are licensed or assigned as stated in that engagement’s documents.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit malicious content through forms, or misrepresent your identity when requesting an engagement.
No professional guarantees beyond the brief
Our written findings reflect the materials and access you provide. We do not guarantee particular business or cost outcomes. Implementation of recommendations remains your responsibility.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CloudServe HQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from reliance on publicly available information. For paid engagements, liability is limited as set out in the applicable statement of work, and otherwise to the fees paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea (KR). Courts located in Korea have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from use of this site, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
