Data we collect

When you submit a contact form or email us, we collect the name, email address, message content, and any optional fields you provide (such as assessment interest or application description). Server logs may collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request time.

Purpose and legal basis

We process inquiry data to respond to your request and, where relevant, to prepare a quote or engage for cloud service usage analytics work. We process site logs to maintain security and availability. Where consent is required for optional analytics cookies, we rely on that consent as described in our Cookies policy.

Retention

Inquiry messages are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement, accounting, or legal obligation. Server logs are typically retained for up to 90 days. Engagement records are retained for the duration of the engagement and as required by Korean bookkeeping rules.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers who host email or infrastructure on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

International transfers
